  • Demonstrate and promote adherence to health and safety guidelines, attendance, punctuality, and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Hospitality, or a closely related discipline.
  • Bring 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in instructional design, training content development, or guest experience roles.
  • Proficiency with eLearning tools such as Articulate and Adobe Captivate, alongside Microsoft Office skills.
  • Exemplary writing and editing abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or gaming industries is advantageous.
