Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and emotionally intelligent Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing team in Bogota, D.C., Colombia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic setting, collaborating across marketing, product, and sales teams, and providing creative visuals that strengthen our brand identity across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent visual branding that aligns with company guidelines across websites, emails, print media, and sales presentations.
• Develop innovative design concepts for marketing materials such as in-app banners, email campaigns, landing pages, sales collateral, and online advertisements.
• Collaborate closely with creative, marketing, and product teams to meet objectives and project deadlines.
• Continuously update design knowledge by researching trends, tools, and techniques to introduce fresh creative ideas.
• Oversee design projects from initiation to delivery while maintaining high standards within timelines.
• Translate complex concepts into clear and compelling visuals to tell engaging brand stories.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in graphic design, ideally within technology or fintech sectors.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.; prior experience with Jira is advantageous.
• Robust portfolio demonstrating diverse design projects, focused on digital campaigns.
• Strong design sensibility including typography, composition, and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, open to feedback and iterative improvement.
• Detail-focused with the ability to maintain high-quality outputs under tight deadlines.
• Adept at managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or closely related fields preferred but not mandatory if accompanied by a compelling portfolio and relevant experience.
• Demonstrated use of large language model AI tools like Claude for enhancing productivity, analysis, and communication is required.

Compensation

This position offers a gross monthly contractor compensation between 2500 and 3333 USD, reflecting foundational skills and growth potential for candidates with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
