  • Ensure timely processing and approval of all supplier invoices and follow up accordingly.
  • Train users on new technologies and application usage.
  • Research and resolve system issues or business challenges requiring technological solutions.
  • Adhere to established escalation processes for unresolved technical issues by involving appropriate internal teams.
  • Implement IT policies based on company standards and documentation.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks for all hardware and software, keeping records current.
  • Create and track service support tickets with the Paris Head Office support team, ensuring issues are fully resolved.
  • Document problems and their solutions thoroughly.
  • Maintain technical manuals and service catalogs related to software installation, hardware configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Monitor supplier adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
