Key Responsibilities

• Direct overall commercial and operational success of the Rotorua business unit.
• Collaborate extensively with the wider Skyline Group, utilizing enterprise expertise and support systems to maximize Rotorua's outcomes.
• Build and lead a high-performing, empowered management team.
• Drive revenue growth while managing financial health, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure operational readiness and seamless integration of upcoming attractions and developments.
• Foster a culture prioritizing safety, wellbeing, and accountability.
• Deliver outstanding guest experiences within the diverse tourism operation.

Candidate Profile
