Role Overview

As a Multi Skilled Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations through a variety of tasks including cleaning, preparing food, serving meals, dishwashing, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.

Key Duties

• Carry out housekeeping tasks to keep residents' rooms and shared spaces clean and orderly.
• Assist with food preparation, arrange and tidy chairs and tables, serve meals, deliver food trays to residents, wash dishes, and uphold kitchen hygiene standards.
• Adhere strictly to health and safety protocols, promptly report any injuries or hazards to supervisors, and comply with reasonable management directives.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a valid Food Handler Certificate or its provincial equivalent is mandatory.
• Experience in housekeeping and food service roles is advantageous.
• Background in healthcare or long-term care settings is preferred but not essential.
• Capable of working autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written, with ability to comprehend and follow instructions effectively.
