Overview
A devoted family of six based in Fayetteville, AR, is in search of a full-time live-out House Manager/Nanny to support their household and care for their four daughters, aged 7, 6, 5, and 3. The role requires close collaboration with an involved mother, integrating smoothly into her organizational system to maintain an efficient household.
Responsibilities
- Assist the family with daily laundry, including the children’s clothes and dry cleaning errands.
- Maintain household tidiness and organization, including vehicle upkeep for both family and nanny cars.
- Manage restocking and maintenance of household supplies and participate in general household projects as needed.
- Prepare light food items for children, such as washing and cutting fruit, excluding heavy meal preparation.
- Support coordination of school-related activities, including teacher gifts and class parties, respecting the mother’s established boundaries.
- Provide care and supervision for children during afternoon school pickups and transport them to after-school activities using the family vehicle.
- Be flexible with scheduling, working Tuesday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., with Sundays and Mondays off; flexibility around Saturdays and week days is welcomed.
- Participate in occasional family travel, both domestic and international, requiring a valid passport and willingness to work paid holidays.

Additional Information
- Compensation ranges between $30 and $35 gross per hour, paid via payroll.
- Benefits include 5 paid sick days, 10 paid time-off days, and a potential health insurance stipend for qualified candidates.
