Full-Time Dishwasher - Nashville, TN

About the Role

Flik Hospitality Group is seeking dedicated full-time Dishwashers to join their team at Asurion Cafe located at 1101 Church Street, Nashville, TN 37203. This role focuses on maintaining cleanliness and organization of kitchenware and work areas to support high-volume food service operations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Remove food debris and rinse dishes before washing either by hand or conveyor dishwasher to ensure full sanitation.
• Clean pots, pans, and trays following established sanitation procedures.
• Polish silverware using various equipment including burnishing machines, chemical dips, and buffing tools.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain proper chemical and temperature levels as per standards.
• Keep dishwashing area tidy and compliant with safety regulations.
  
• Perform floor cleaning duties such as sweeping and mopping to uphold hygiene standards.
• Clean worktables, refrigerators, walls, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces regularly.
• Handle trash removal and sanitation of garbage receptacles through steaming or hosing.
• Transfer supplies between storage and kitchen areas and assist with loading/unloading deliveries.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned to support kitchen operations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Prior experience in dishwashing within a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting is mandatory.
• Ability to comply with safety and sanitation guidelines.

Schedule and Location

This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM at the specified Nashville location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging between $20.00 and $21.00.
