Full Stack Java Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a Java Lead Developer with a minimum of five years of professional experience in Java development. The candidate will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, designing, and implementing robust software solutions using core Java and related technologies. Proficiency in JSP, Servlet, Hibernate, and familiarity with SQL databases like MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL will be advantageous.

Qualifications and Experience

• In-depth knowledge of core Java and J2EE architecture.
• Practical experience with JSP, Servlet, Hibernate, Struts, Spring/CRUD operations, and JavaBeans.
• Expertise in SQL and experience managing relational databases.
• Familiarity with web frameworks such as Spring or Struts.
• Experience using version control tools like Git and build automation tools like Maven.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
