Role Overview

The Fuel Administrator role is a full-time, onsite position located in Doha, Qatar. Individuals in this position will be tasked with monitoring and documenting the daily consumption of fuel across vehicles, equipment, and generators. Responsibilities include maintaining precise fuel logs, reconciling fuel receipts against consumption, and coordinating with drivers, equipment operators, and site supervisors to track fuel distribution effectively. Additional duties encompass assisting in inventory control by verifying fuel levels, reporting any inconsistencies, and supporting the scheduling of fuel deliveries. Strict adherence to company safety protocols, facilitating internal audits, and collaborating with finance and operations teams on fuel-related paperwork are also integral components of the role.

Required Qualifications

• Proficient numerical and record-keeping capabilities to ensure accurate maintenance of fuel logs and preparation of basic reports.
• Fundamental knowledge of inventory management, fleet operations, or equipment utilization pertinent to construction or landscaping sectors.
• Competency in spreadsheet applications or simple database tools for efficient data entry and reporting tasks.
• Effective communication and coordination skills to liaise with drivers, operators, and site supervisors.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable work ethic, and dedication to compliance with safety standards.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in administration, logistics, or related fields is advantageous.
• Preferred experience includes prior roles involving fuel administration, logistics, or site-based administration within construction, landscaping, or related fields.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site in outdoor or yard settings in Doha, Qatar.
