About the Role

Lambodra Traders and Services Private Limited is seeking a talented Front-End Developer to join its team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting responsive, engaging, and visually appealing websites that ensure seamless user experience across diverse devices and browsers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create interactive and mobile-friendly web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Translate UI/UX wireframes and designs into functioning web interfaces.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of the websites.
• Collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other team members.
• Integrate front-end components with backend APIs and services.
• Detect and fix front-end and UI issues promptly.
• Enhance website speed, performance, and scalability.
• Maintain and upgrade existing web applications.
• Adhere to coding standards, development best practices, and project specifications.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to guarantee quality outcomes.
• Keep up to date with emerging front-end technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Experience or familiarity with modern front-end frameworks/library such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Knowledge of responsive web design concepts and handling cross-browser issues.
• Basic working knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration techniques.
• Exposure to version control systems like Git is preferred.
• Sound grasp of UI/UX design principles.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude and debugging capabilities.
• Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
• Candidate experience ranging from zero up to two years; project work, internships, or a robust portfolio will also be considered.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

• Hands-on experience with React.js or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Basic understanding of SEO practices and optimizing web performance.
• Experience creating reusable front-end components and adhering to development standards.
