Role Overview

As a Cashier, you'll provide warm, professional service to customers while accurately and efficiently managing transactions. Your role is vital in fostering a welcoming, engaging atmosphere that enhances the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service by accurately processing sales transactions to fulfill customer needs.
• Manage and maintain a precise cash drawer in alignment with company policies.
• Handle Customer Service Desk operations, including lottery sales, refunds, bottle returns, and inquiries, adhering to established procedures.
• Ensure Front End Department merchandise is well-maintained and organized.
• Assist in training new and junior team members.
• Comply with and uphold all company standards and protocols.
• Provide support to other departments and perform additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess basic numeracy skills to effectively manage transactions.
• Capable of working independently within a fast-paced retail environment.
