Role Overview

The Front Bar Receptionist is the core of each facial bar location, responsible for setting a positive atmosphere, driving sales, and supporting the day-to-day functions of the bar. This role involves engaging guest interactions, promoting skincare services and retail, and maintaining operational excellence.

Key Duties

• Warmly welcome and positively engage every guest arriving at the facial bar.
• Provide outstanding customer service both face-to-face and via telephone communications.
• Inform guests about FACE FOUNDRIÉ’s service offerings, memberships, and retail products to enhance their experience.
• Achieve or exceed individual and group sales targets regularly.
• Effectively recommend and explain skincare products and services to customers.
• Assist with daily operational tasks such as schedule coordination, inventory monitoring, and front desk management.
• Keep the facial bar space clean, organized, and compliant with brand standards.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, including accurate time management and operation practices.
• Participate in required training programs and team meetings to stay aligned with company goals.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene protocols ensuring compliance at all times.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• Applicants should have at least one year of experience in sales.
• Positivity, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a team-based environment are essential qualities.
• Capability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-moving setting is required.
• Previous salon or spa experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Interest or experience in esthetics, including being a current esthetics student, is welcomed.
• Availability to work evening shifts and weekends is needed.
