About Mindrift and the Role

Mindrift connects experts with AI projects for major tech companies, aiming to harness Generative AI with real-world skills worldwide. We are seeking skilled Frontend Developers proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Next.js to join the Tendem project. In this position, you will collaborate with AI agents handling repetitive tasks while you focus on frontend craftsmanship to deliver pixel-perfect, conversion-optimized landing pages and multi-page websites tailored to client briefs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality landing pages, waitlist pages, and promotional pages featuring clear hero sections, CTAs, and conversion-optimized layouts.
• Create small multi-page websites (e.g., Home, About, Services, Contact) adhering to client requirements and basic information architecture.
• Implement responsive, mobile-first designs ensuring smooth performance across browsers and devices.
• Integrate forms, email capture functionalities, simple CMS or headless content sources, and basic analytics setups.
• Apply fundamental on-page SEO practices including semantic HTML, meta tags, accessibility, and performance optimization to ensure pages are search and ad-ready.
• Review and polish AI-generated frontend outputs, refining markup, style, structure, and copy to meet production standards.
• Independently diagnose and resolve issues related to layout, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of frontline experience in frontend development, landing page, or website creation.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Design, or similar is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Vue, Astro, or related) and responsive web design.
• Skilled in HTML, CSS (including Flexbox and Grid), and JavaScript, with experience in utility-first CSS frameworks like Tailwind or component libraries.
• Ability to convert Figma designs or detailed briefs into clean, maintainable code.
• Experience handling form logic, email capture tools, and basic analytics platforms (GA4, Plausible, etc.).
• Working knowledge of on-page SEO, basic accessibility (WCAG), and performance metrics such as Core Web Vitals.
• Familiarity with simple CMS or headless content structures (Webflow, Framer, Sanity, Contentful) is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to visual detail, with the ability to produce intentional, polished page designs.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver completed pages with minimal oversight.
• A portfolio showcasing completed landing pages and/or small-scale websites is required.
• Proficient English communication skills at upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher.

Workload and Compensation

The estimated time commitment during active stages of the project ranges from 10 to 20 hours weekly, varying based on workload. This is not a guaranteed number of hours but an approximate expectation.

Compensation for this role can reach up to $60 per hour, influenced by experience level and efficiency. Different platform projects may offer variable pay scales depending on complexity and requirements.
