Role Overview

The Founder's Associate will collaborate closely with the founders and Chief of Staff on important management initiatives. This full-time, on-site role in Berlin offers a unique chance to immerse yourself in the operational, sales, marketing, and management areas of scaling an international company. You will also gain a comprehensive understanding of the consulting industry and contribute to disrupting a long-stagnant multi-billion dollar market while learning directly from seasoned entrepreneurs who have scaled startups successfully.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead business-critical strategy projects aimed at expanding product and service offerings.
• Manage cross-departmental projects to ensure timely, budget-conscious delivery.
• Drive operational excellence through special initiatives enhancing processes across teams.
• Oversee key elements of global expansion, collaborating closely with international teams.
• Provide ad-hoc support to founders on urgent and strategic priorities.

Candidate Profile

• Near completion or recent graduate (by 2025) with Bachelor’s or Master’s from a top university in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
• Excellent academic record highlighting strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Previous experience in high-impact environments such as consulting, finance, or startups.
• Advanced Excel skills and basic programming knowledge are significant advantages.
• Fluent English required; German language skills are advantageous.
