About the Role

Join Sodexo at the Salem-Keizer Public School District as a Food Lead Worker. Responsibilities

• Assist in food service operations across various client locations under the supervision of onsite management or supervisors.
• Coordinate the activities of food service workers and personnel to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Handle daily operational tasks along with supervisory responsibilities.
• Engage with customers to guarantee satisfaction through quality service and problem resolution.
• Consistently attend scheduled shifts punctually and reliably.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, varying by client needs and business requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• At least one year of relevant work experience in food service or related fields.
• Strong team orientation, adaptability, dependability, and commitment to fostering a safe and healthy work environment.

Work Schedule and Location

Shifts and workdays vary, with open availability preferred. Details about schedule specifics will be provided during the interview process.

Compensation

Hourly pay ranges from $17.05 to $18.55.
