Flexible In-Home Childcare Provider

About the Position

We are seeking warm, dependable, and energetic childcare providers to deliver attentive in-home care for families, Monday through Friday, on an as-needed basis. Our agency supports children ranging from infants through school-age, offering both full-time and part-time scheduling options.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, caring supervision within the family's home environment
• Engage children in developmentally appropriate activities to support growth and learning
• Ensure a safe, positive, and consistent atmosphere at all times
• Assist with daily routines including meals, naps, and play periods
• Maintain clear and effective communication with families and agency staff

Requirements

• Previous experience caring for children of diverse age groups
• Reliable, professional, and nurturing demeanor
• Flexibility to accommodate variable, as-needed schedules
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain them
• Clear background check clearance

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay typically ranges from $16 to $20 based on experience
