Role Overview

We are seeking a Finance Lead based in Dubai, working full-time on-site. This key position oversees all financial activities, supports strategic business decisions, and ensures precise, timely financial reporting. The role involves managing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, reviewing accounting records, and collaborating internally to enhance cost efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial performance analysis and prepare management reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Interface with external partners including auditors and financial institutions.
• Assist senior management in understanding financial implications of business plans.
• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and oversee financial statement preparation and review.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Proficient in finance and accounting principles such as budgeting, forecasting, and ledger management.
• Experienced in preparing and interpreting financial statements with a strong grasp of reporting standards.
• Strong analytical ability to assess financial data, identify trends, and enable data-driven decisions.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration and presenting financial insights.
• Holds a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline; professional certifications like CPA, ACCA, or CFA are a plus.
• Hospitality or service industry experience is preferred, alongside knowledge of regional regulations and familiarity with financial ERP systems.
• Capable of working on-site in Dubai with multitasking, integrity, and strong attention to detail.
