Position Overview

The Mechanical Field Service Technician will deliver primary onsite support, including assembly, installation, testing, and maintenance of automated processing lines. The role involves frequent travel across the United States with possible trips to Canada and offers hands-on training alongside experienced colleagues.

Primary Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, fabricate, and repair fruit and vegetable processing equipment.
• Provide outstanding customer service through clear communication and support.
• Serve as liaison between field operations and Headquarters by feeding market feedback to support teams.

Job Requirements

• Preferably possess mechanical experience and technical knowledge.
• Proficient using hand and power tools.
• Skilled in fabrication and assembly tasks, including cutting, welding, and drilling.
• Willing and able to travel extensively throughout the USA and occasionally to Canada with flexible scheduling.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and accuracy in work assignments.
