Job Overview
We are urgently seeking a Field Service Technician for our Surat location. Candidates with a minimum of one year of experience and educational qualifications including ITI, II Diploma, or B.Tech are encouraged to apply. The compensation package offers up to ₹28,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain cold storage systems, HVAC systems, chiller plants, refrigeration equipment, and air conditioning units.
- Diagnose and repair technical faults in related equipment.
- Conduct site visits and offer field support.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and manage equipment breakdowns efficiently.
- Collaborate with customers and report progress to the management.
- Maintain detailed service reports and daily activity logs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure proper operational standards at job sites.
Qualifications and Skills
- Fundamental understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance principles.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting aptitude.
- Experience in field service operations.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers.
