About the Role
We are seeking a Field Service Engineer dedicated to the installation, maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of electronic analytical instruments, including XRF spectrometers, Gold Testing Machines, and RoHS instruments. This position involves regular travel to customer locations and providing hands-on support. Candidates with a diploma, BE, or B.Tech in relevant fields, including freshers passionate about electronics, are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, and maintain various electronic analytical instruments and equipment.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and customer support.
- Undertake extensive travel to serve multiple locations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Basic understanding of electronics and electronic instruments.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective customer handling skills.
- Good communication skills; proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to diverse environments.
