About the Role
A leading global manufacturer of industrial cooling and temperature control systems seeks a Field Service Engineer based in Ireland, ideally residing near the M6/M4 corridor to facilitate travel across Northern and Southern Ireland. This stable company supplies cutting-edge cooling technologies to research institutions, laboratories, and chemical manufacturers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently schedule and manage service appointments throughout Ireland.
- Install, maintain, and repair specialized industrial cooling systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in cooling equipment.
- Deliver technical support and foster robust customer relationships.
- Serve customers mainly along the Galway to Dublin route and broader Ireland.
Candidate Profile
- Background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience servicing equipment in industrial, chemical, or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Possession of a valid full driving license and fluency in English.
- Comfortable with extensive travel across Ireland in a field-based position.
