About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Field Sales Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This position involves leading and managing a team of sales advisors to promote and sell our products effectively in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting and building a competent team of sales advisors.
- Providing training and ongoing motivation to team members.
- Guiding the team to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
- Driving overall sales through advisor engagements.
- Managing and handling the team efficiently to meet company goals.
Candidate Requirements
- Must hold a graduate degree in any discipline with strong communication skills.
- Minimum of one year experience in any field sales, banking, finance, or insurance sector.
- Suitable candidates should be between 23 and 34 years of age.
- Fresh graduates or candidates without relevant experience are not eligible to apply.
Compensation and Additional Information
The offered monthly salary ranges from 25000 to 30695 INR. This role is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and requires onsite presence.
