Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to join our team based in Vijay Nagar, Indore. The role involves engaging with potential clients, promoting digital products, and achieving sales targets while working in a dynamic environment with a leading B2B marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit designated market areas to connect with prospective clients.
• Receive and utilize data and hot leads provided by the company.
• Market and sell digital products and services of IndiaMART.
• Generate new leads and successfully convert them into sales.
• Develop and sustain strong customer relationships.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals consistently.
• Keep detailed records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
• Offer after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Under 30 years of age.
• Holder of a graduation degree or diploma.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Self-driven, energetic, and goal-focused mindset.
• Possess a motorcycle and valid driving license.
• Open to fieldwork and local travel.

Employment Details

• Monthly Salary Range: ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 plus lucrative incentive schemes.
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Work Days: 6 days per week with Sundays off.
