Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Mumbai. This role is focused on direct B2B sales and involves frequent shop-to-shop visits. Candidates should have prior experience in sales and excellent communication skills.
Work Location and Schedule
The position is based throughout Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary ranges from ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month, along with benefits including Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and additional incentives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven sales skills with experience in client handling
- Strong communication abilities
- Familiarity with field sales operations
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct B2B sales by visiting shops within assigned territories
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Prepare and maintain daily sales reports
Eligibility
Applicants should be male candidates having completed 10th, 12th, or graduation. Preferred experience ranges from 6 months to 1 year in sales roles.
