About the Role
Battery Smart is urgently hiring Field Sales Executives to promote electric vehicle (EV) battery rentals, with a focus on E-Rickshaw owners. This position offers an opportunity to grow a career within the expanding EV battery rental sector and provides both a fixed salary and performance-based incentives.
Job Locations
The openings are located in multiple cities including Patna, Mathura, Vrindavan, Govardhan, Vaishali, Bulandshahr, Azamgarh, Mau, Kokrajhar, Balrampur, Jaipur, Delhi, Gurgaon, Aligarh, Prayagraj, Motihari, Indore, Ujjain, Noida, Greater Noida, Shahjahanpur, Central Delhi, Jahangirpuri, North Kanpur, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Varanasi, Ghaziabad, Haridwar, Lakhimpur, Chandigarh, Dausa, Firozabad, and Fatehpur.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell EV batteries through a rental model, focusing on E-Rickshaw drivers.
- Facilitate the attachment and registration process for E-Rickshaws using the battery rental service.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local E-Rickshaw operators.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets to benefit from incentives.
Eligibility Criteria
- Completed at least 12th grade education.
- Possess over one year of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, or On-ground Marketing roles.
- Own a motorcycle along with a valid driving license.
- Demonstrate effective communication and persuasive abilities.
Compensation and Benefits
- Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹18,000 to ₹21,000.
- Additional attractive incentives between ₹800 and ₹1,000 for each E-Rickshaw successfully attached.
