Overview
We are seeking energetic and driven Field Sales Executives to join our team, focusing on promoting digital payment solutions from leading fintech companies. The role involves showcasing and selling Paytm and PhonePe products like QR codes, Sound Boxes, and Card Swipe Machines directly to local merchants, playing a vital role in business expansion and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets for digital payment solutions including Paytm and PhonePe services
- Onboard and assist merchants by installing QR codes and payment devices, followed by comprehensive post-sales support
- Market and sell Sound Boxes and Card Swipe Machines effectively
- Maintain strong customer relationships and actively engage clients
- Monitor sales activities, report outcomes, and provide feedback on market trends
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education: 10th pass or higher
- Up to 1 year of experience in field sales; freshers are welcome to apply
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and capable of independently achieving sales objectives
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler vehicle
- Good understanding of local geography and marketplace dynamics

Eligibility Criteria
- Age between 18 and 35 years

Working Schedule
Work hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, six days a week.
