Job Summary
This role as a Field Sales Executive based in Gurgaon is focused on expanding business by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders like painters, contractors, builders, architects, and engineers. The individual will actively engage customers through daily site visits, dedicated time at designated retail outlets, and by organizing meetings to promote product adoption. Regular sales reporting and a result-oriented approach are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and frequently surpass designated sales targets.
- Build and sustain long-term partnerships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and other relevant clients.
- Conduct at least two daily visits to various sites to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Spend a minimum of two hours each day at the assigned retail store to support customer interactions and sales engagement.
- Lead weekly shop meetings with applicators to encourage product usage and team coordination.
- Submit precise daily sales reports through the online system consistently and promptly.
Requirements
- Must own a valid two-wheeler for field travel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship building.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and motivated by sales goals.
- Preferably a graduate; good mathematical skills required.
- 6 to 12 months experience in channel sales, preferably in sectors like paints, laminates, plywood, electricals, or lubricants.
- Knowledge of Berger competitor companies and basic awareness of Berger is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates as well as candidates from insurance or banking backgrounds with sales aptitude are welcome to apply.

- Work Location: Gurgaon office (on-site only).

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly net take-home salary between 16,000 and 22,000 INR (negotiable).
- Minimum Wages Allowance of 2,000 INR.
- Attractive performance-based incentives.
- Travel allowance ranging from 2,000 to 5,000 INR monthly depending on profile.
