Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive who will proactively generate new sales opportunities, engage with clients across diverse sectors, conduct site inspections, prepare competitive quotations, and consistently meet monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, confidence in client interactions, and a strong enthusiasm for sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively create new business leads via field visits, referrals, cold calls, and follow-ups.
• Engage with clients from residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional segments.
• Conduct thorough site assessments to accurately identify customer needs.
• Provide detailed explanations of company offerings professionally.
• Prepare quotations in collaboration with the back-office and negotiate pricing.
• Drive sales closures and achieve set revenue targets monthly.
• Maintain and nurture customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Document daily client visit reports using CRM or company systems.
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Handle advance payments and support payment collections.
• Represent the company with professionalism during all client interactions.

Candidate Eligibility and Requirements

• Graduates or undergraduates preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant field sales experience is desirable; freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Background in construction materials, building products, pest control, hardware, or interior sectors is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to manage customer relationships independently.
• Goal-driven and self-motivated attitude.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office and smartphone usage for reports and communication.
• Strong presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ownership of two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Ahmedabad and neighboring areas.

Working Hours

The role requires availability from Monday to Saturday, between 9:30 AM and 6:30 PM.

Reporting Structure
