Field Sales Executive

About the Role

This position involves working as a Field Sales and Customer Acquisition Executive for Airtel Broadband services, focusing on selling broadband connections and adding new customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and provide detailed information about Airtel Broadband.
• Conduct door-to-door visits and market walks to convert prospects into customers.
• Promote and sell broadband connections in residential areas as well as business offices and shops.
• Manage customers obtained through online lead platforms like apps or calls.
• Consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
• Generate new leads and perform follow-ups diligently.
• Record daily attendance and update activities in the Airtel app.
• Assist customers with form submissions and initiate the installation process.

Job Nature

• Primarily a field-based role requiring outdoor sales and marketing activities.
• Position blends sales, marketing, and customer relationship handling.
• Target-driven with the possibility to earn incentives up to INR 70,000 monthly based on performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum education: Completed 12th grade.
• Possession of a motorcycle and a valid driving license or learner's license is compulsory.
• Must be able to adapt to field work and handle sales target pressures effectively.
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills are required.
• Age limit: up to 35 years.

Salary and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary ranging approximately between INR 17,000 and INR 21,000.
• Performance-based incentives ranging from INR 20,000 to over INR 70,000 monthly.
• Additional benefits include Provident Fund, Employee State Insurance Corporation, and insurance coverage.
• Eligible for performance bonuses.
