Job Summary
We are urgently seeking enthusiastic Field Sales Executives to be part of Paytm's primary growth team. Selected candidates will be directly employed by Paytm and will play a key role in broadening our merchant network through onboarding local shops, retail outlets, and various businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to local markets and retail businesses to recruit new merchants.
- Install Paytm QR codes at merchant locations.
- Deploy and activate Paytm Soundbox devices for merchants.
- Provide training to merchants on usage of Paytm devices and address their questions and concerns.
Requirements
- Ownership of an Android smartphone is mandatory.
- Possession of a two-wheeler vehicle, such as a bike or scooter, is required to facilitate travel.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive monthly salary ranging between INR 18,000 and 43,000, supplemented with attractive weekly and monthly performance-based incentives.
Additional Information
Selected candidates will receive an official offer letter and will be on Paytm's payroll.
