Field Executive

Job Overview

This role involves visiting designated Google Pay merchant outlets daily for operational verification, reactivation of inactive merchants, assisting with KYC and profile updates, resolving basic issues, and educating merchants about Google Pay features.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit allocated Google Pay merchant locations each day.
• Confirm merchant information and operational status.
• Reactivate merchants who are inactive on the Google Pay platform.
• Assist in completing KYC processes and updating merchant profiles.
• Troubleshoot common issues related to QR codes, settlements, and app usage.
• Replace any damaged or missing QR-code related materials as necessary.
• Educate merchants on Google Pay Business functionalities and best practices.
• Document visit results, upload proof of visits, and maintain field application records.
• Achieve daily targets related to productivity and work quality.

Additional Google Map Business Assistance

• Visit specific businesses and verify details like name, address, contact, and working hours.
• Support merchants in creating or claiming their Google Business Profile.
• Update incorrect information on Google Maps profiles.
• Help merchants upload shop photos and business details.
• Inform about the importance of reviews, ratings, and profile upkeep.
• Record visit evidence and update records in the field app.
• Meet daily visit and quality benchmarks.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum educational qualification: 10+2/Intermediate; graduates preferred.
• Open to freshers as well as experienced field executives.
• Proficient communication skills in the local language required.
• Basic proficiency with Android smartphones.
• Having a two-wheeler and valid driving license is advantageous.
