About Company
The company specializes in meter management, handling panel operations for India's television audience measurement through the deployment and upkeep of devices integral to the 'TV panel', following standards set by BARC India, the official TV viewership measurement agency.
Role Overview
The Field Executive will oversee a designated territory, executing daily field activities as assigned. The job involves traveling extensively—approximately 100 to 120 kilometers one way—performing device maintenance, and conducting door-to-door surveys.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel daily to assigned locations covering significant distances.
- Maintain and service devices installed at selected households.
- Perform tasks according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet established KPIs.
- Conduct listing work and other related field activities.
- Engage in extensive on-foot canvassing during data collection.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Minimum education: Graduate or undergraduate in any discipline.
- Open to candidates with relevant experience or freshers; stable work history preferred.
- Male candidates only.
- Proficiency in the local language is mandatory.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Candidates should live within 10 to 20 kilometers of the specified pin codes: 382424, 382421.
- Candidates must not have prior affiliations with cable operators, politicians, ISPs, or any media-related background, nor should their close relatives.
- Preference is given to graduates, followed by undergraduates with solid field experience.
Salary and Work Schedule
- Annual salary range: ₹260,000 to ₹360,000.
- Monthly salary between ₹15,000 and ₹32,000.
- Work shift: General shift timings.
- Weekly day off: Sunday.
