Key Responsibilities
- Perform all operational Food & Beverage service tasks in alignment with established service standards and protocols.
- Exceed guest expectations by going beyond standard responsibilities wherever possible.
- Identify and prevent potential complaints and actively address them with effective service recovery if required.
- Maintain continuous, proactive communication with fellow team members, prioritizing guests' needs and interests.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess an authentic service-oriented personality with strong emotional intelligence.
- Have at least a high school diploma; a college degree in Hotel Management or related disciplines is advantageous.
- Hold a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within a five-star hospitality environment.
- Demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English; additional language skills are beneficial.
