Job Overview
Join Walmart Canada as a Fashion Associate and develop your expertise in retail operations. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service while managing fashion merchandise, ensuring high standards of product presentation, and contributing to a safe and clean store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide courteous and friendly customer support by greeting shoppers, promoting products and services, aiding in locating items, facilitating purchase decisions, and addressing customer concerns or escalating when needed.
- Maintain a hazard-free and clean workplace by following company safety policies, completing safety check logs, and verifying the security of displays and fixtures.
- Handle the processing and restocking of all fashion inventory.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting for customers.
- Merchandise non-modular fashion products accurately and replenish seasonal stock promptly.
- Ensure the correct use and replacement of fixtures and signage as dictated by merchandising plans.
Compensation
The hourly wage for this position begins at $16.65.
