Key duties

  • Assign and oversee personnel lockers for workers at Hinkley Point C throughout the construction period, as needed and approved.
  • Help reissue combination lock codes and provide master keys when a worker cannot remember their padlock combination.
  • Check that all lockers are clearly and correctly numbered.
  • Liaise with Tier 1 contractors and HPC managers so that locker and changing room rules are understood and followed.
  • Support weekly and monthly locker audits for the client, as instructed by the Locker Coordinator.
  • Make sure lockers remain suitable for use and report any faults so they can be fixed promptly.
  • Maintain records and notify the client about any staff who leave site without returning padlocks or keys.
  • Build strong client relationships through reliable and professional service.
  • Follow supervisor direction and comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
