Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing change management activities within technology and business transformation projects.
• Develop key change management documents such as impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, communication plans, and training resources.
• Collaborate closely with Change Leads, Project Managers, subject matter experts, and wider program teams.
• Organise engagement activities including workshops, briefings, and readiness evaluations.
• Manage documentation, monitor actions, and promote adoption across complex environments.
• Support rollout planning, user readiness assessments, and post-implementation reviews.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience delivering or supporting change within technology programs.
• Familiarity with various sectors such as Financial Services, Government, Higher Education, Utilities, or Corporate.
• Strong documentation capabilities and methodical approach to capturing change impacts and stakeholder requirements.
• Ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at multiple organisational levels.
• Capability to thrive in fast-paced, complex transformation settings.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
