Role Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls by responding to customer queries and make outgoing calls for verification purposes.
- Resolve customer issues proficiently by listening attentively and providing accurate solutions.
- Maintain meticulous records by entering data and updating user accounts after each call.
- Adhere strictly to company protocols and approved scripts while communicating courteously.
- Escalate complex technical or billing problems to senior support teams when necessary.
Performance Metrics
- Average Handling Time (AHT): Efficiently manage call duration and post-call work.
- First Call Resolution (FCR): Aim to solve customer issues during the initial call without follow-ups.
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): Achieve high positive feedback ratings from clients.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
- Strong command of English communication skills.
- At least 1 year of experience in international voice process roles is mandatory.
- Willingness to work night shifts in an office setting.
- Open to immediate joiners only.
- Graduation is not a requirement to apply.
- Strictly no freshers, domestic voice process, AR callers, or healthcare sector experience considered.
