Executive Tender Management

About the role

This position leads the coordination and completion of business bids for DKSH, with a focus on healthcare contracts. The role covers the full tender cycle, including Requests for Information (RFIs), Requests for Quotation (RFQs), and tender submissions. It is based at Jalan Buroh, and company transport is available from Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, and Serangoon MRT stations.

Fresh polytechnic graduates can expect broad exposure to commercial work across Finance, Sales, Logistics, and Legal, along with the opportunity to strengthen project management skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of RFIs, RFQs, and tender submissions from start to finish, making sure every proposal is complete, accurate, and submitted within deadline.
• Explain tender requirements to the relevant internal teams so everyone is aligned and work progresses smoothly.
• Gather, draft, and assemble bid documents to a high standard, then perform detailed checks before final submission.
• Assist with preparing pricing and quotations for tenders and other commercial initiatives.
• Keep the project pipeline updated so the business has clear visibility of upcoming opportunities and important milestones.
• Respond to tender queries and ensure customer clarifications are handled quickly and professionally.
• Carry out administrative and coordination tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or Supply Chain Management.
• Fresh polytechnic graduates are welcome; no prior work experience is necessary.
• Strong focus on accuracy and careful document handling.
• Good organizational ability with the capacity to juggle several deadlines and complex timelines.
• Confident written and spoken English communication for cross-functional coordination.
• A calm, resilient approach that allows you to adapt when priorities change.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative independently.

Work arrangement and location

This is a full-time onsite role in Singapore, based at Jalan Buroh. Company transport is provided from Jurong East, Choa Chu Kang, and Serangoon MRT stations.
