About the Role
Arriva UK Trains, a prominent European passenger transport provider, is seeking a highly skilled Executive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director and wider Executive Leadership Team at their London office (Lacon House). This permanent, full-time position is a pivotal role offering exceptional executive support and coordination to ensure smooth leadership operations and strategic focus.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage complex diaries and calendars for the Managing Director and senior executives.
- Arrange both domestic and international travel logistics.
- Organise executive meetings, leadership reviews, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
- Prepare agendas, board documents, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
- Handle correspondence and communications for senior leaders, ensuring follow-up and timely responses.
- Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and industry contacts.
- Support strategic projects, leadership events, and business planning activities.
- Coordinate meeting logistics including conference calls and virtual events.
- Assist with invoice processing, expense reconciliation, and related administrative duties.
- Support onboarding and provide comprehensive executive administrative assistance as required.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience supporting multiple senior or board-level executives.
- Expertise in diary, meeting, and stakeholder management.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.
- Ability to prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment with competing demands.
- High discretion in managing confidential and sensitive information.
- Collaborative nature and confidence to build credibility with senior leaders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant business systems.
