Established in 2008 as a joint venture between Finolex Cables Limited and J-Power Systems Corporation Japan, Finolex J-Power Systems Limited specializes in manufacturing and selling high and extra high voltage power cables, from 66 kV to 500 kV, including accessories and full turnkey installations. The manufacturing plant is located in Shirwal Taluka, Khandala, Satara, Pune.

Job Overview

We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of Executive or Senior Executive in Commercial Billing with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Ideal applicants will have completed B.Com, M.Com, or MBA in Finance or an equivalent qualification and preferably come from backgrounds related to banking, trade finance, or commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee management of Letters of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantees (BG), including their issuance and receipt.
• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of commercial transactions.
• Administer Dealer Channel Finance activities and manage onboarding of partners.
• Liaise with branches and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth Channel Finance operations.
• Utilize SAP S/4HANA (SD Module) for managing commercial transactions.
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and maintain accurate accounting entries.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Trade Finance, and Channel Finance operations.
• Practical experience working on SAP S/4HANA, specifically the SD Module.
• Sound understanding of Accounts Receivable, credit mechanisms, and commercial workflows.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen paired with effective communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree (in any specialization) or higher.
