About the role
This role supports the daily execution and coordination of logistics activities, including warehousing, inventory control, transportation, shipping paperwork, and wider supply chain workflows. The position requires someone who can quickly identify operational issues, troubleshoot scenarios, and work with warehouse and stakeholder teams to deliver practical solutions while keeping inventory accuracy at a high standard.
Outbound order fulfillment
- Run and coordinate daily operational issues across internal teams and external partners.
- Work with cross-functional teams to keep movement and operations flowing smoothly.
- Track daily order progress closely so forecast volumes are met, and delivery can be staggered when order demand spikes.
- Make sure PGI is posted on time, shipments are completed, and BBND follow-ups are handled closely.
- Guide the warehouse on finance posting requirements and communicate instructions clearly.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, including DN short picks, delivery mismatches, and replenishment progress.
- Ensure all system updates and transactions are completed and closed without delay.
COO / permit declaration
- Check that shipping documents are complete, correct, and issued on time.
- Prepare COO data for B2B COO applications, share drafts with stakeholders promptly, and follow up to reduce processing time.
- Support audit requests and customs queries with the required documents.
- Store shipping documents and POD records safely in the shared drive.
- Keep related trackers updated regularly.
- Maintain an organised e-library while managing space efficiently.
Local delivery and last mile
- Monitor daily order status for retail FPS and FOC weekly new and replenishment orders.
- Coordinate with 3PL partners to track fulfilment performance.
- Identify orders that need VAS support.
- Ensure system postings are completed and closed in a timely manner.
- Work with 3PL partners and PUMA store PICs to keep deliveries on schedule.
Shipment management
- Handle and monitor direct shipments from the factory to Vietnam customers.
- Prepare CIPL documents for export shipments.
- Provide cargo estimates for pre-booking to help reduce end-to-end shipping time.
- Act quickly on urgent operational and business requirements to keep documentation and shipment flow on track.
Export management
- Coordinate all export bookings and warehouse-side operations.
- Review shipment requirements and arrange local transactions with forwarders according to agreed terms.
- Provide cargo estimates for pre-booking to shorten shipping lead time.
- Respond quickly to operational urgency and ensure documentation and shipment solutions are delivered on time.
- Complete export declarations on schedule and in line with customs compliance requirements.
International trade and compliance
- Ensure import and export declarations are submitted on time and comply with customs rules.
- Work with local customs brokers and the Puma compliance team on HS code classification updates and ensure systems reflect the latest changes.
- Keep logistics records well maintained for audit readiness.
- For any new contract, coordinate with the Puma compliance team to confirm trade compliance requirements are met and there is no conflict of interest with the company.
Talent profile
The role suits someone with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. A minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred, ideally in retail or FMCG, although fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is needed, along with English and local language ability.
