Role Summary
The Executive Assistant for Airbnb Short-Term Rentals is a fully remote, full-time position dedicated to supporting senior leadership within the short-term rental sector. Responsibilities include managing Airbnb listing tasks such as updating calendars, handling guest communications, coordinating reservations, and ensuring all bookings meet company standards for accuracy and compliance. The role entails preparing and monitoring expense reports linked to short-term rentals, maintaining relevant records, and assisting with budgeting and performance reporting.
Key Duties
- Oversee digital file organization and manage scheduling of meetings.
- Draft and prepare high-level executive correspondence.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on operational issues and guest-related concerns.
- Collaborate effectively with property management and operations teams.
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute ideas for process enhancements to improve guest satisfaction and operational workflows.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven expertise in executive administrative support, including calendar management and prioritizing multiple tasks.
- Experience handling expense reports and routine financial record-keeping with accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage professionally with executives, coworkers, and guests.
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and meticulous attention to detail in a remote work setting.
- Knowledge of Airbnb or other short-term rental platforms and related property management processes is highly desirable.
- Comfortable using digital tools, cloud-based office suites, and collaborative platforms.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and applying sound discretion in handling sensitive data.
- Previous experience in the real estate, hospitality, or property management industries is advantageous; post-secondary education in business administration or a similar discipline is preferred.
