Position Overview
The Events Manager will spearhead the design and execution of extraordinary experiences that embody the luxury, accuracy, and prestige associated with Porsche, Bentley, and Lamborghini brands. This role manages all experiential activations, including dealer incentive trips and high-profile events that bolster the presence of financial services.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and delivery of customer, dealer, and internal stakeholder experiences for Porsche Financial Services, Bentley Financial Services, and Lamborghini Financial Services, aimed at reinforcing luxury brand positioning.
- Manage all elements of event coordination within the US, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, event registration, contract and tax compliance, PR/PO handling, staffing on site, and post-event evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with Experiential and Brand OEM teams to integrate Financial Services and PAI offerings into events seamlessly.
- Oversee diverse event types such as dealer incentive trips, finance and insurance roundtables, new model launches, dealer training, internal team meetings, holiday gatherings, customer product activations, sports marketing events, investor meetings, and capital market events.
- Design executive agendas, run-of-shows, and talking points ensuring brand alignment and flawless event delivery.
- Oversee event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and manage third-party vendors including catering, vehicle logistics, and event support.
- Supervise event technology platforms such as web portals and apps, and prepare marketing collateral, reports, and stakeholder presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field; or alternatively, 6 additional years of relevant experience.
- A minimum of six years of experience managing corporate marketing, communications, advertising, and live event initiatives.
- Understanding of traditional and innovative brand marketing methods and luxury customer behavior trends.
- Experience managing collaborative projects from concept through execution with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and proven record managing large budgets.
- Proficient in vendor and contract management, with preference for automotive or luxury industry experience.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills; highly organized with excellent attention to detail including editing and proofreading.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite (notably Excel and PowerPoint), Canva, and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask across various stakeholders and departments while maintaining confidentiality and independent work ethic.

Additional Information
- Travel Requirement: Up to 75% independent travel.
- Compensation Range: $118,000 to $125,000 annually, varying by location and individual qualifications, with discretionary performance bonuses.
