Role Overview

This full-time, non-management position is based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, at the Ashram Marg property near Jawahar Circle. The role sits within the Food and Beverage & Culinary function and is not remote.

What You Will Do

You will help ensure the team works smoothly together so guests receive excellent service and their needs are addressed promptly. The role involves overseeing daily operational readiness, maintaining standards, and supporting both guest experience and team coordination.

  • Make sure the team operates as a coordinated unit to deliver strong service.
  • Check staff grooming and uniform standards, and correct any issues.
  • Handle opening and closing routines, including preparing supplies and tools, cleaning work areas and equipment, and securing doors.
  • Review storage spaces for orderliness, FIFO compliance, and cleanliness.
  • Manage routine inventory checks and raise requisitions for needed supplies.
  • Track dining area seating availability, guest safety, service flow, and comfort.
  • Raise maintenance work orders when repairs are needed.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, evaluation, counseling, discipline, and coaching of employees.
  • Act as a role model and the first contact point for the Fair Treatment/Open Door process.
  • Follow company, safety, and security procedures, and report incidents or unsafe conditions.
  • Complete required safety training and certifications.
  • Maintain a neat professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
  • Welcome guests according to brand standards and respond to their needs with care and professionalism.
