Job Summary
We are seeking an Estimation Proposal Engineer to oversee the entire bidding process from submission through to award. The role involves creating detailed techno-commercial proposals encompassing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimations, as well as steering the preparation of tenders and facilitating the selection of EPC contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee management of the bidding process from the initial submission to final award.
- Develop comprehensive techno-commercial proposals including preparation of BOQ and accurate cost estimates.
- Lead tender preparation activities including identifying and selecting suitable EPC contractors.
