Entry / Junior Business Analyst

Role Overview

Agatto Agricultura is hiring a remote contract Entry / Junior Business Analyst to help turn business needs into practical improvements. In this role, you will work with stakeholders to capture and record requirements, review current workflows, and spot opportunities to make operations more effective.

What You’ll Do

• Work with stakeholders to collect, clarify, and document business requirements.
• Examine existing business processes and identify areas where performance can be improved.
• Carry out data analysis and use findings to support recommendations.
• Prepare reports and presentation materials for internal use and decision-making.
• Help develop proposals that improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and back decisions with evidence.
• Capability in business analysis and requirements gathering, including translating needs into structured documentation.
• Understanding of business processes and workflow mapping.
• Good communication skills for stakeholder coordination, presentations, and written documentation.
• Working knowledge of spreadsheets, presentation software, and reporting or business intelligence tools is helpful.
• Comfort working independently in a remote setup, organizing time well, and handling multiple priorities.
• Interest in agriculture, agribusiness, or a related area is a plus, though not mandatory.
• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Agriculture, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
