Enterprise IT Pillar Lead – Master Systems Integrator (MSI) Airport Programme

Role Overview

We are searching for a seasoned Enterprise IT Pillar Lead to take full technical and delivery responsibility for the Enterprise IT domain of a major new airport project. This pivotal role involves managing the design, integration, testing, commissioning, and operational handover of the airport’s comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure.

Scope of Work

• Manage campus-wide IT and communications infrastructure.
• Oversee enterprise applications including ERP, CRM, ITSM, CMS, POS, and commercial platforms.
• Supervise physical security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, VMS, ANPR, and Security Operations Center.
• Lead API Gateway and enterprise system integrations.
• Direct data platforms including Data Lakehouse, Business Intelligence, and digital capabilities.
• Coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) activities and asset handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team ensuring effective collaboration and integration.
• Partner with Aviation IT and Operational Technology leads to synchronize technical activities.
• Engage with client stakeholders and Architecture Review Boards for governance and alignment.
• Ensure smooth and efficient integration across all enterprise systems for the airport.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• 7 to 15+ years of leadership experience in Enterprise IT.
• Demonstrated success delivering enterprise IT on airport or extensive critical infrastructure projects.
• Deep knowledge in enterprise integration, campus networking, cybersecurity, physical security technologies, cloud and data platforms, and BIM processes.
• Strong leadership acumen with excellent stakeholder management and technical governance capabilities.

• TOGAF
• CCNP or CCIE
• CISSP or CISM
• ITIL
• PMP or PRINCE2
• Autodesk or other relevant industry certifications
