Role Overview

We seek a highly skilled Enrollment Advisor to drive enrollment in our premium VIP Program. This role demands exceptional sales skills, belief in our mission, and passion for helping women transform their health. You will convert qualified leads into clients by understanding their needs, articulating the value of our program, and consistently surpassing sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct 45-minute Zoom enrollment calls, often consecutively across the workday.
  • Assess prospects' goals, challenges, and needs through comprehensive consultations.
  • Build rapport, ask insightful questions, address objections, and guide prospects towards enrollment confidently.
  • Communicate the benefits, methodology, and value of the WarriorBabe VIP Program clearly.
  • Share client success stories to demonstrate program effectiveness.
  • Manage the enrollment process accurately, including payments and financing options.
  • Ensure clients understand Terms of Service and post-enrollment expectations.
  • Support seamless handover to the Customer Success Team after enrollment.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects proactively, completing timely follow-ups and maintaining precise records in HubSpot.
  • Fulfill all reporting and administrative duties, including sales trackers and CRM updates.
  • Participate actively in daily sales meetings and communication via Slack.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Customer Success teams to optimize client experience and share insights.

Work Schedule Expectations

  • This full-time role requires flexibility with a commitment of approximately 50 hours weekly.
  • Work hours include early mornings, late afternoons, evenings EST, and weekends, aligning with priority sales periods.
