About the Role
English 1 is seeking dedicated and culturally curious ESL teachers eager to enhance their teaching careers by gaining international experience in China. This opportunity suits educators with classroom experience or those transitioning into ESL teaching, offering a chance to impact young learners while immersing themselves in a global educational community.
Key Responsibilities
- Instruct English to children aged 3 to 16 in lively, interactive classroom settings.
- Utilize English 1's acclaimed curriculum and digital teaching tools for lesson delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to facilitate development.
- Engage in school events, cultural initiatives, and community programs.
Qualifications and Eligibility
- Possess a bachelor's degree in any field.
- Hold a valid passport.
- Display a sincere passion for education, cultural exchange, and travel.
- ESL certifications such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA are advantageous; sponsorship is available.
- Provide a clean background verification.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary with eligibility for a performance bonus after six months.
- 21 days of paid leave, including 10 paid days plus 11 statutory holidays.

Additional Notes
