About the Role

Monglish International Academy is actively expanding its academic faculty in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and is seeking dedicated ESL (English as a Second Language) instructors currently residing in Jeddah. This opportunity offers a stable teaching environment within an established institution that provides structured curricula and competitive salary packages based on experience. Immediate or upcoming start dates are available.

Responsibilities

• Conduct dynamic and communicative ESL lessons tailored to meet learners' needs and conform to program standards.
• Create an inclusive, supportive, and motivating classroom atmosphere that encourages effective learning.
• Evaluate students' progress regularly and offer constructive feedback to enhance their language skills.

Requirements

• Must currently reside in Saudi Arabia, specifically Jeddah.
• Hold at least a bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a closely related field.
• Possess a recognized TESOL, TEFL, CELTA qualification, or an equivalent certification.
• Demonstrate prior experience teaching ESL or EFL students.
• Have transferable sponsorship (Iqama) for legal work authorization in Saudi Arabia.
• Exhibit strong classroom management capabilities and excellent communication skills.
